How do you make sure you’re getting the right dose? Practice makes perfect! But here’s a few tips as well:
If you’re a first-timer or microdoser, 1-2.5mg THC may give you mild relief of pain, stress and anxiety. If you want stronger relief, go for 2.5-15mg – it’s good for people who can’t get a good night’s slumber. 15-30mg is super strong and works if you’re a seasoned consumer or you’ve developed tolerance. And anything above that – well, you probably won’t find it in our products, but it’s going to give you a hell of a kick and sure as hell isn’t for the faint-hearted or first-timers.
How many edibles should I take? We know, they taste f#@king awesome and can be a little moorish – but don’t get carried away. Start with one and see how you feel after a couple of hours. Not enough? Try another.
How long does it take to feel the effects? Everyone is different. According to Health Canada, it takes an average of 30 minutes to 2 hours to feel the effects, and these can last up to 12 hours. In some rare cases, it might extend up to 24 hours.
Should I smoke cannabis too? We can’t say yes or no here… you do you. But you’ll definitely feel heightened impacts if you smoke after your edibles so keep it in mind.
